Shipping & returns

We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. You may return items in their original packaging, unopened and unused for a full refund. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. Please email info@essel.us to initiate your return. A return made to our warehouse or one made without initiating a return by emailing info@essel.us will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. When emailing our customer service team, please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you. Please also note that the original shipping fee you paid for on your order is non-refundable.

Product Defect, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment: May be eligible for a full refund of the merchandise and if confirmed defective, damaged or wrong item is shipped. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution. All defective item(s) claims are subject to inspection and confirmation. For “defective” claims, describe the defect and indicate if you would like a replacement by commenting as such on the notes section.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If an exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a full refund back to the same payment method used on the original order.

Damaged or Missing Items: Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 72 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact Customer Care by email at info@essel.us . Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary. In the case of shipping damages, we may contact the carrier.
